William Wong, 23 and Kervon Stuart, 22 appeared before Magistrate Andrew Forbes today in connection with a triple shooting on Rosewood Street, Pinewood Gardens that left one man dead and two others in hospital with gunshot wounds.
According to police, a group of men were in front of a home on July 16 when a black vehicle drove by and circled around. The vehicle came back and an occupant opened the door and fired shots at the men, killing one of them and injuring two others.
Stuart was charged with murder. It is alleged he caused the death of Rashad Nairn. He was not required to enter a plea.
Wong was charged with abetting Nairn’s murder and abetting the attempted murder of the other men.
The two men were remanded to custody and will return to court in November.
