A restaurant boss who kissed a teenage employee could face six months in jail if he gets into trouble over the next year.
Moralus Joseph, 50, admitted to indecently assaulting the 19-year-old woman by planting a kiss on her lips on February 18.
Joseph owns the popular Oh Andros restaurant, where the crime took place.
Joseph was placed on probation for a year, and will be liable to six months in jail if he’s convicted during that time.
He also has to pay his worker $3,000 in compensation to avoid a six-month prison sentence.
