The head of an orphanage is facing charges after a teen girl was allegedly molested there.
Ray Nairn, 60, is accused of sexually molesting a 17-year-old girl while he served as the administrator of the Elizabeth Estates Children’s Home.
Nairn is charged with unlawful sexual intercourse with a dependent, attempted unlawful sexual intercourse with a dependent, indecent assault and cruelty to children.
He didn’t have to plead to the charges and he was denied bail.
The matter has been adjourned to March 12.
