A disgraced doctor has been jailed pending sentencing for the rape of a 20-year-old woman in 2010.
Dr. Gerald Forbes claimed he made love to the woman and didn’t rape her.
According to Forbes, the woman initiated the encounter and enjoyed it more than he did.
Forbes returns to court on November 11 for a sentencing hearing before Justice Bernard Turner.
Acting Deputy DPP Cordell Frazier and Karine MacVean prosecuted.
