20-year-old woman charged with sex with a minor, child porn

20-year-old Jessica Bobo was arraigned in the Magistrate Court in Abaco today on charges of Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a Minor and Production of Child Pornography.

The charges stem from a video that was widely circulated on social media regarding a child being sexually abused.

The young woman was not required to enter a plea when she appeared before Magistrate Ancella Evans.

She has been remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services until April 3.
